Keep or Cut ("we", "the game") is a football decision game. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

What we collect

Gameplay data — your picks, scores, streaks, and results, stored against a random per-device identifier so features like the Arena and challenges work without an account.
Account data (optional) — if you choose to save your stats, we store your email address (or the email from your Google sign-in) and your chosen handle. That's it — no passwords exist in our system.
Local storage — your device keeps your settings, handle, and recent games in browser storage so the game loads instantly and works offline.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your personal information with data brokers.
We don't track you across other websites or apps.
We don't collect payment information (the game is free).

Advertising

The game is supported by ads. Our advertising partners (such as Google AdSense/AdMob) may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), you'll be asked for consent before any advertising cookies are set.

Emails

If you sign in with email, we send a one-time code via our email provider (Resend). We don't send marketing email.

Data retention & deletion

Want your account and data deleted? Email us from your account email and we'll remove it.

Children

The game is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new "last updated" date.
